Chateau de la Tour welcomes its new chef James Chauchat-Rozier. This young Chef made his gastronomic debut at the Belvedere, then at the Casadelmar in Corsica (two Michelin macaroons). Subsequently, he became a disciple of Yannick Alléno, a multi-star chef, as chef de partie at Cheval Blanc Courchevel (two Michelin macarons) and then as sous chef. Naturally, Yannick Alleno gained full confidence in James and offered him the opportunity to continue the adventure, at just 26 years of age, as Head of one of the restaurants of the hotel One & Only The Palm in Dubai. After several successful years, James has now decided to return to his roots, to present his cuisine with Mediterranean accents.
The restaurant can receive up to 50 persons and its kitchen offers seasonal products finely prepared enjoying an exceptional ambiance and an elegant service.
